Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the CapShield mobile application ("the App") operated by the CapShield team ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using CapShield, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CapShield, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to comply with them in full.

2. Description of Service

CapShield is a financial calculation tool designed to assist traders in calculating position sizes, managing risk parameters, and reviewing trading history. The App provides:

Position size calculators for Forex, CFDs, Indices, Crypto, and Commodities
Prop Firm preset rule management
A trading journal and log tracker
An educational library of trading guides

3. Not Financial Advice

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: CapShield is a calculation and educational tool only.

All results, calculations, and content provided by the App are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations. Trading financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

We strongly recommend consulting a licensed financial advisor before making any trading or investment decisions.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of CapShield, you agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
Not use the App to engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activity
Ensure that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

5. Intellectual Property

All content within CapShield — including but not limited to the app design, logo, trading guides, and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of the CapShield team and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

CapShield may integrate with or display content from third-party services including but not limited to Google AdMob, Firebase, and OneSignal. Your use of these services within the App is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CapShield and its team shall not be liable for:

Any financial losses resulting from the use of calculations or information provided by the App
Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to discontinue its use.

8. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
